As a co-founder of Westcott Partners, John brought more than thirty years of experience in health program management and policy development at all levels of government and in the private sector. Most recently, John served 6 years as the Director of Healthcare and Insurance at the Office of Personnel Management overseeing all of the employee insurance benefits offered to federal employees and retirees, including the Federal Employees Health Benefit (FEHB) program (the largest private insurance marketplace in the nation) and program requirements of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Sadly, John died on May 28, 2019. He was a source of knowledge, inspiration and good cheer for all of us.
